Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (AFLCMC/WAG-AT) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP access.

The successful candidate will oversee SAP, SCI, and physical security disciplines, coordinate with the Government SAP Security Officer, manage PARs and security databases, and implement a tailored SAP/SCI security education

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines (InfoSec, Physical, Industrial, Personnel).
• Work with the Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) in carrying out security duties.
• Advise WAG-AT on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing SAP/SCI access quotas and master program databases.
• Collaborate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers including training, PARs, indoctrinations, debriefs.
• Develop and implement a SAP/SCI security education program tailored to unit needs.
