Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of design and programming for large scale applications throughout the SDLC.
• Proven track record delivering complex features end-to-end.
• 3 years mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction within cross-functional squads.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0/JWT, and microservices.

• Evaluate feature designs and identify architecture risks and performance issues.
• Translate requirements into actionable development tasks and implement features.
