Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 5+ years in design and programming large scale apps through all SDLC phases.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex features.
• 2+ years mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate).
• RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0/JWT, microservices patterns.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
• 3+ years consuming LLM APIs and AI-powered features integration.
• Strong debugging for performance/memory leaks/multithreading.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feature designs and identify risks to architecture/performance.
• Break down requirements into implementation tasks.
• Develop features using best practices aligned with product architecture.
• Ensure unit tests, automation, throughput, security and quality.
• Lead design reviews and document coherent feature designs.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate risks to stakeholders and plan evolutions.
• Collaborate with Team Architect and Lead on implementation.
• Support planning, estimates, dependencies and risks.
