Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / software engineering (or similar).
• 5 years’ design and programming of large scale apps through all SDLC phases.
• Proven track record delivering complex features end‑to‑end.
• 2 years mentoring mid to entry level engineers and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feature design and identify risks to architecture and performance.
• Translate requirements into implementable tasks and deliver features with quality.
• Lead design reviews and ensure unit tests, automation, and security considerations are met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
