Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations/Systems Administration
• 3+ years managing Windows and Linux
• Experience with WebLogic/Tomcat is a plus
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• ITIL framework experience (Incident/Problem/Change)

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint Cloud portfolio.
• Troubleshoot incidents in Cloud Infrastructure and ensure availability.
• Upgrade/modify infrastructure to meet client/business needs.
