Job summary

EY in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a senior software engineer with leadership to join a medium-to-large product team. You’ll design, develop, deliver and maintain solutions, driving AI-forward development and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

You’ll mentor peers, lead code reviews, and help shape standards while collaborating across Development, Engineering and Architecture to deliver high-quality platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years applied experience in software or platform engineering.
• Significant experience in delivering software/platform engineering solutions and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and reliability of current solutions.
• Develops strong relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Leads the work group, setting expectations, structure, tools and responsibilities.
• Drives adherence to processes, standards and design of technology solutions.
