Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned leader on a medium-to-large product team. You will design, develop and maintain software solutions, driving AI-forward development to improve quality and speed.

This role requires turning business and user requirements into robust technical designs and hands-on delivery. You will collaborate with Architecture and Dev & Engineering, guide the team, and ensure adherence to standards while enabling rapid, reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of applied experience in software or platform engineering roles.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain software/platform solutions with strong technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and escalated project aspects, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value of current solutions and emerging tech.
• Develop strong relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer leading solutions.
• Lead work groups, ensuring expectations, principles, and responsibilities are in place to deliver projects.
• Drive consistency in processes, standards, and technical design while implementing technology standards.
