Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a senior software/platform engineer to lead hands-on development on a medium to large product team, bridging business and technical needs. You design, develop, deliver, and maintain solutions, applying AI-forward methods to increase quality and speed.

You will mentor peers, align with standards, and collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to deliver robust, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• More than 10 years applied experience
• Significant relevant experience in software or platform engineering

Responsibilities

• Solves complex project aspects with coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value
• Develops strong working relationships across Development & Engineering and Architecture
• Provides a leadership role for the work group to deliver the project
• Drives consistency to processes, standards and technical design
