Job summary

EY is seeking a senior technical leader to act as a key player-coach on a medium to large product team in Dallas, TX. You will design, develop, deliver and maintain AI-forward solutions, driving standards and quality across the platform while aligning with business needs.

You will collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams, lead critical work, and guide best practices for CI/CD, data modeling, and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years applied software or platform engineering experience.
• CI/CD delivery using code management and automation tools such as GitHub and ADO.
• Proficiency in fine-tuning language models for tasks like text generation and summarization.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions.
• Develops strong working relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Provides leadership for the work group to deliver the project.
• Drives consistency in processes, procedures, and technical design.
