Job summary

EY is seeking a senior software/ platform engineer to lead a medium-to-large product team. You will design, develop, deliver and maintain AI-enabled solutions, aligning business and technical requirements. You will drive CI/CD, collaborate across Development, Architecture and Engineering, and mentor a work group to meet standards and deliver results.

You’ll contribute to AI and NLP efforts, embedding models, evaluation frameworks, and modern deployment practices in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years applied experience.
• Significant experience in software/platform engineering roles.
• Experience delivering software/platform engineering solutions with technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and escalated project aspects including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value from current solutions and emerging tech.
• Collaborate across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer leading solutions.
• Provide leadership for the work group to deliver projects with defined standards.
• Drive consistency of processes, standards, and technology design.
