EY is seeking a senior software/platform engineer in Austin, TX to lead design, development, delivery, and maintenance of innovative solutions. You will drive AI-forward development, ensure alignment with business and technical requirements, and mentor peers across development and architecture teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 10+ years of applied experience in software/platform engineering.
- Strong leadership and collaboration across teams.
- CI/CD delivery using code/configuration management and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex and escalated project aspects through coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value of solutions and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Development, Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer leading solutions.
- Take a leadership role for the work group, ensuring clear expectations and responsibilities.
- Drive consistency in processes, standards, and technical design across projects.
