Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive enterprise solutions across the organization. You will partner with business and IT to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure systems that enable data-driven decisions and digital transformation.

You will lead the full SDLC, promote best practices, and identify AI and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ROI. This role supports complex integrations and governance within enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of IT innovation and development experience.
Experience in the food industry or distribution is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3), application development frameworks, and integration tech.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise solutions with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Key Vault, SSRS).
Implement integrations with third-party SaaS platforms and ensure scalable, secure architectures.
Lead SDLC activities from ideation through support and release management.
Identify AI/automation use cases across business functions and deliver ROI-driven solutions.
Develop and deploy tools using Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-enabled workflows.
