Job summary

Gellert Global Group seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive requirements, design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven systems that accelerate digital transformation.

This role leads development across the full SDLC and champions best practices, governance, and ROI-focused innovation, including AI and automation initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or CS; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years IT innovation and development experience.
• Experience in the food industry or distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred) and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Lead SDLC activities and promote best practices across teams.
• Identify AI and automation use cases and scale them enterprise-wide.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architecture standards.
