Job summary

eClinical Solutions seeks a Principal AI Engineer - Automation & AI to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation across the enterprise. This hands-on role (70-80% coding) works with executives to translate high-value use cases into production AI systems.

You will own end-to-end delivery, iterate rapidly, and drive adoption of agentic frameworks while maintaining security and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 6-10+ years of software engineering with recent hands-on work in AI/LLM systems.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automation solutions across enterprise functions.
• Develop production-grade multi-agent workflows and RAG-based applications.
• Prototype, validate and deploy AI systems in weeks, not months.
• Lead a small team of AI engineers and mentor peers.
