Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive requirements, design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions. You will partner with business and IT to deliver scalable, secure systems, lead AI/automation initiatives, and guide solutions across the full SDLC.

The role emphasizes innovation governance, ROI tracking, and collaboration with application teams to deliver rapid, high-impact results. Based in Madison, NJ, with relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of IT Innovation and Development experience.
• Experience in the food industry or distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred).
• Experience with AI, automation, and digital innovation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft apps and tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Key Vault, SSRS, Copilot).
• Develop integrations with third‑party applications and SaaS platforms.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead SDLC activities from ideation through support; drive ROI-focused outcomes.
• Identify and implement AI/automation use cases across business functions.
