Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive requirements, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure systems and promote best practices across the SDLC.

The role includes leading AI and automation initiatives, integrating with Infor M3, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools, while ensuring ROI and operational stability. Relocation to Madison, NJ is anticipated in 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of IT Innovation and Development experience.
• Experience in the food industry or distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred), application development frameworks and integration technologies, Salesforce platform and ecosystem, and AI/automation tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise-level solutions across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI and automation use cases across business functions.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications and SaaS platforms.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and ROI expectations.
