Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Senior AI Engineering Developer to own the delivery of enterprise AI solutions. You will lead design, build, and deployment of production AI systems on Azure and .NET/Python, setting standards, and mentoring engineers in a regulated environment.

You will partner with business units to turn ambiguous problems into shipped AI products, ensuring governance and security while delivering measurable value across enterprise surfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with production GenAI experience.
• Hands-on with MS Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Strong C#/.NET and Python skills; able to review and contribute.
• Leadership experience owning technical direction and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and deployment of enterprise AI systems (RAG, agent workflows, Copilot integrations).
• Set engineering standards, patterns, testing, and CI/CD for scalable delivery.
• Mentor engineers, run design reviews, and drive multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to translate problems into production AI products.
