Qualifications

• Proven track record of 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Experience building and growing engaged audiences across platforms.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven approach using performance insights to guide content.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from campaign kickoff and content development through launch, publishing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring creative and storytelling to each platform and audience.
• Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to develop social concepts and ensure social is integrated throughout campaign planning and execution.
• Use social performance data and audience insights to continuously refine content, formats, and channel strategy, clearly communicating learnings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc MasterClass social initiatives while helping develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows that make our social organization more creative, effective, and efficient.
