MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the end-to-end organic social strategy for Certificates and broader brand initiatives. You will own content development and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring storytelling for professional audiences and integrating social throughout campaigns.

• Proven track record of 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, with a focus on professional audiences.
• Data-driven decision making and collaboration across Creative, Marketing and GTM teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate social into campaigns.
• Leverage performance insights to refine content formats and channel strategy.
• Help define AI-enabled social workflows and processes for the team.
