Job summary

MasterClass, a remote-first streaming platform, is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own organic social for Certificates and branded storytelling. You’ll drive end-to-end strategy and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, partnering with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams.

You will help grow professional audiences, leverage performance insights, and help define AI-enabled social workflows as the business scales. Equity and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Experience building and growing engaged professional audiences.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Data-driven approach to content and strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Marketing, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, including Certificates and broader storytelling.
• Develop social content tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube across professional audiences.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to integrate social in campaign planning.
• Leverage performance data and audience insights to refine formats, content, and channel strategy.
• Help shape AI-enabled social workflows and processes to improve creativity and efficiency.
• Communicate learnings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
