MasterClass is hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to shape our organic presence and bring MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences. You’ll own the end-to-end social strategy and execution—from kickoff to launch and ongoing storytelling.

You’ll develop content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailor storytelling to each platform, and partner with Creative, Marketing and GTM to scale programs leveraging audience insights and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, with a focus on professional audiences.
• Balanced skillset of strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Data‑driven approach using performance insights.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration in fast‑paced environments.
• Open to candidates in multiple U.S. locations and Canada.
