MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to grow professional audiences and strengthen the MasterClass brand.

You will partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams, use performance data to refine content, and help develop AI-enabled workflows that make our social organization more creative and efficient.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Data-driven approach using performance insights to guide content and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop social content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams to integrate social into campaigns.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content and channel strategy.
• Contribute to AI-enabled frameworks and workflows to make our social organization more creative and efficient.
