MasterClass in the United States seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to drive organic social for Certificates and professional audiences. You’ll own strategy and execution across key platforms and partner with Creative, Marketing and GTM teams to scale engaging content.

You bring 7+ years of brand social experience, deep LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube expertise, and a data-driven, cross-functional mindset. The role offers a remote-first environment with global collaboration and strong growth

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand and growing engaged audiences.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Strategy and hands-on execution experience.
• Data-driven approach using performance insights to inform content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments; attentive to trends.
• Open to candidates in multiple US states and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop social concepts.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and strategy.
• Help define AI-enabled social workflows and processes.
