MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy for Certificates, focusing on professional audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll oversee content development from kickoff to launch and ongoing optimization.

You’ll partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to grow engaged audiences, strengthen the MasterClass brand, and explore AI-enabled workflows to scale social impact in a fast-paced, remote-first

Qualifications

7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
Experience building and growing engaged audiences.
Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Data-driven, using performance insights to guide content and strategy.
Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for Certificates.
Lead campaign kickoff and content development from concept to launch and optimization.
Develop social concepts with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across campaigns.
Use performance data to refine formats, content, and channel strategy.
Help define AI-enabled social workflows to boost creativity and efficiency.
