Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy for Certificates, focusing on professional audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will lead content development, campaign launches, and performance optimization while collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams.

You will help define AI-enabled social workflows to make the team more creative, effective, and efficient as MasterClass grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with emphasis on professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass Certificates, from kickoff to launch, publishing and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring to each platform and audience.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to build social concepts and ensure social is integrated in campaigns.
• Use performance data and insights to refine content and channel strategy and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc social initiatives and help define AI-enabled workflows for the social organization.
