Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for Certificates, from kickoff to optimization. You will develop content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring to professional audiences and driving engagement.

You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to build social programs that grow audiences and strengthen the brand, while exploring AI-enabled workflows to make the team more

Qualifications

7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
Data-driven, translating performance insights into content decisions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass Certificates.
Develop social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams on social concepts.
Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and strategy.
Help develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows for the social organization.
