Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the end-to-end organic social strategy and storytelling for Certificates, targeting professional audiences and evergreen brand initiatives. You will own campaign kickoff, content development, launch, publishing, and optimization.

7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand
Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Comfort with strategy and hands-on execution
Data-driven with use of performance insights
Strong cross-functional collaboration and trend awareness

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from kickoff through launch, publishing, and optimization.
Develop and manage content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring to each platform and audience.
Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling social concepts and integrate social across campaigns.
Use social performance data to refine content formats and channel strategy and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc social initiatives while exploring AI-enabled workflows to improve creativity and efficiency.
