Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, especially LinkedIn for professional audiences.
• Strategy and hands-on execution experience.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into content and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate internet culture and trends into brand-appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from kickoff through launch, publishing and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams to integrate social in campaign planning.
• Use performance data and insights to refine content formats and channel strategy and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc social initiatives while helping define AI-enabled workflows.
