JOVA is seeking a highly creative Social Content Manager to grow our brand with short-form content that feels current and culturally relevant for the way people actually use social media. This hands-on role spans TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, requiring you to concept, script, film, edit, and direct creators while staying native to platform culture.

You’ll translate trends into engaging stories about parenting and play, measure performance, and iterate quickly with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in social content or digital storytelling.
• Experience with toys/ parenting brands.
• Strong US English for hooks and captions.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-native short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Write hooks, captions, onscreen text in US English.
• Film and edit content, direct creators and internal teams.
• Provide clear briefs for creators and production teams.
• Review scripts and rough cuts with actionable feedback.
• Translate trends into brand-relevant ideas.
