DEPT® is seeking a Senior Content Creator to develop and produce social-first content across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will concept, shoot, direct talent, and edit with a strong eye for platform-native storytelling.

The role emphasizes short-form vertical video, collaboration with writers, designers, and production partners, and on-camera participation when appropriate. Strong editing and camera skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content creation or similar creative discipline.
• Portfolio showing social-first content concepts and execution.
• Experience shooting/editing short-form video for TikTok, IG Reels and Shorts.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Strong camera/lighting/audio skills and on-camera presence.
• Comfort directing talent and working across a fast-paced social environment.

Responsibilities

• Concepting and developing social-first concepts rooted in brand objectives.
• Hands-on creation including scripting, shooting, interviewing, and editing.
• Establish visual direction across framing, lighting, styling, and sets.
• Operate cameras and lighting for quick-turn social shoots and events.
• Edit and deliver final content with pacing, sound, and graphics.
• Direct creators, talent, or on-street personalities when needed.
