Spin Master is hiring a hands-on social content producer for its U.S. marketing initiatives. You will ideate concepts, shoot, edit, and deliver platform-native assets across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, translating briefs into engaging content.

You will manage publishing, monitor trends, and collaborate with production crews to capture social-first footage. A strong portfolio and mobile video skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Portfolio showing high-volume short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Hands-on mobile video production: shooting, scripting, hook creation, and editing.
• Strong understanding of native platform functionality, formats and trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage content schedules.

Responsabilités

• Ideate, shoot, edit, and produce platform-native social content at scale for assigned brands.
• Publish native content across platforms, on schedule and accurately.
• Monitor trends and algorithm changes to optimize content development and distribution.
• Partner with production crews to capture social-first footage and execute premium concepts.
