Job summary

You will coordinate development and delivery of multiple SoC technologies across business units, driving feature delivery plans, schedules, risks, and cross-team dependencies. The role requires 10 years in SW engineering or program management, strong planning, and excellent communication to align global teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in SW engineering and/or SW program management.
• Proficiency in Project Planning, and SW development lifecycle.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deliveries with tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Scope new products and feature requests as per deadlines.
• Create feature delivery plans for new chipsets and drive workshop planning for tech teams.
• Plan for and drive execution of complex features across multiple teams and locations.
• Develop execution schedules with staffing needs and interdependencies.
• Manage risks and issues and communicate project status weekly to management.
• Coordinate across domestic and international development sites.
