• Collaborates with stakeholders to set goals and priorities.
• Manages multiple programs with moderate complexity to meet deadlines.
• Develops and executes the Program Plan of Record (schedule, budget, scope).
• Tracks metrics, escalates issues, proposes corrective actions.
• Manages program team workloads and task assignments.
• Identifies risks and maintains risk tracker.
• Promotes program vision and objectives within the team.
• Supports process improvements in programs.
