Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Program Manager to lead Data Center SoC software development for next-generation server, AI, and networking products in San Diego.

You will drive end-to-end software readiness across architecture, silicon, firmware, platform software, validation, and productization, aligning with silicon milestones and release commitments. The role requires onsite presence in San Diego, five days a week, and involves coordinating multiple engineering

Qualifications

• Must have track record in semiconductor software development programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Linux system software and server software ecosystems.
• Executive communication to Directors and above.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes Plans of Record for Data Center SoC software programs.
• Leads software development and readiness across architecture, ASIC, firmware, and platform software.
• Tracks dependencies, risks, and milestone attainment and communicates status to leadership.
• Drives software release planning, bring-up readiness, validation readiness, and production readiness.
• Coordinates across Architecture, Product Management, Silicon Engineering, Firmware, Validation, and Productization.
