Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Technology Program Manager to join the Central Program Management team in San Diego.

You will oversee development and delivery of multiple SoC technologies across business units, providing leadership, defining scope, delivering feature plans, and coordinating execution with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Proficiency in Project Planning and SW development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Scope new products and feature requests as per deadlines.
Create feature delivery plans for new chipsets and drive workshop planning for tech teams.
Plan for and drive execution of complex features across multiple teams and locations.
Develop execution schedules with staffing needs and interdependencies.
Manage risks and issues and communicate project status weekly to management.
Partner with ecosystem to ensure dependencies are aligned.
Ensure team roadmap is well defined and priorities are managed across teams.
