Qualifications

• 2+ years interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
• 2+ years in a large matrixed organization.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and takes responsibility for multiple small programs or a single complex program.
• Builds and manages the Plan of Record for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and tracks key program metrics.
• Identifies program issues/risks and creates a risk mitigation plan.
• Supports continuous improvement and lessons learnt sessions.
