Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple hardware programs within the GSOC Hardware PMO. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage the Plan of Record, monitor metrics, and drive on-time delivery while controlling budget and scope.

The role requires a engineering or CS degree, PM experience, and strong leadership in large matrix environments. Experience with HW SOC development and PM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• HW SOC development cycle experience for Mobile, data-center and AI servers.
• 2+ years interacting with senior leadership (Director level+).
• 2+ years in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years using PM tools like dashboards (Splunk, Thoughtspot, Tableau, PowerBI/Automate, Agentic AI) and Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple programs with moderate complexity or a single complex program using up-to-date PM practices.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define goals, priorities and deliverables.
• Builds and manages Plan of Record for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Tracks metrics, escalates deviations, and proposes corrective actions.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and communication cadence.
• Identifies risks and creates mitigation plans; maintains risk tracker.
• Monitors budget, milestones and program performance; supports process improvements.
