Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple medium-sized programs from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate across engineering, supply, and leadership to define goals, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.

Role requires 5+ years in program management and deep experience with dashboards and Gantt charts. Preference for advanced degrees and PMP certification. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
5+ years of work experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level or above).
3+ years in a large matrixed organization.
2+ years using program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to develop program goals and prioritize deliverables.
Manages multiple medium-sized programs with moderate complexity to meet deadlines.
Develops and executes the Program Plan of Record including schedule, budget, scope, and communication.
Establishes program metrics and drives action to meet targets when metrics deviate.
Identifies resources and secures alignment of team with program demand.
Drives risk identification, mitigation planning, and maintains risk tracker.
Promotes program vision and gains buy-in from management and stakeholders.
Implements process improvements across the Program Management team.
