Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals and prioritize deliverables.
• Manages multiple small programs or a single complex program by applying PM best practices.
• Develops and manages execution of the Plan of Record including schedule, budget, scope, and resources.
• Tracks metrics, escalates issues, and proposes corrective actions.
• Leads the program team with scheduling, task assignments, and progress tracking.
• Identifies risks and creates mitigation plans; supports process improvements.
