- Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations in Surface Mount (SMT) production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Coach and develop manufacturing employees while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Monitor production schedules, prioritize work, and optimize workflow to meet customer commitments.
