Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and supervise a team of production employees in a fast-paced aerospace environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve performance.

The onsite position is based in Santa Isabel, PR; relocation is not offered. You will manage production flow, staffing, and scheduling to meet client commitments and uphold high standards of

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and manage shop floor activities.
• Lead and coach production employees, assign work, monitor performance.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor metrics and drive corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Ensure quality systems compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain safe operations and environmental health standards.
• Interface with customers to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
