Collins Aerospace in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Manager of Machine Maintenance and Machine Programming to maintain, program, and optimize SMT and related equipment. You'll handle pick-and-place, reflow ovens, printers, and selective soldering systems, ensuring high reliability and process improvements.

Responsibilities include creating machine programs, diagnosing issues, validating performance, and supporting NPI activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive relevant experience.
• 3+ years hands-on maintenance and programming of manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with machine control software from major providers.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT production equipment.
• Create and optimize machine programs for SMT line operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Calibrate performance and verify placement, deposition, and soldering quality.
• Support new product introduction activities and process validation.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate to improve quality and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
