Collins Aerospace in Medley, FL, is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and control for Medley operations. You will act as site controller, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cost management and capital planning to improve operational efficiency.

This onsite role requires extensive experience in manufacturing finance, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel skills, with travel to Indiana two times per quarter to support site operations.

Qualifications

• University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience in finance within manufacturing or aerospace/defense environments.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Develop, manage, and monitor OH and Cost Center budgets, including headcount forecasting.
• Oversee ERP Cost Center and rate management to ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead inventory forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting for policy compliance.
• Coordinate physical and cycle inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze capital expenditures and capacity to optimize resource use and planning.
• Develop and maintain standard costs for inventory valuation and pricing strategies.
• Perform detailed manufacturing variance analysis and recommend actions.
• Partner with procurement and manufacturing to align on cost management initiatives.
• Travel to Indiana from Florida two times per quarter to support site operations.
