Job summary

Collins Aerospace, RTX company, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Electrical/Test Engineer for our Melbourne, FL facility. You will develop, verify, and sustain test processes, equipment, and procedures used in manufacturing Collins Aerospace products.

This onsite role emphasizes improving test yields, equipment uptime, and production readiness, with cross-functional collaboration and support for floor technicians. Relocation Assistance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or advanced degree with 3+ years in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing with product testing focus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional efforts to improve test yields, throughput, and test capacity.
• Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement corrective actions and prepare failure analysis reports.
