The role focuses on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, developing new relationships and deepening existing ones through checking, lending, and merchant services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer and maintain focus on a monitor
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets, focusing on small business customers
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers
• Educates customers on Regions products and services, including loans and deposits
• Guides customers on digital banking solutions and devices
• Provides a positive customer experience and handles day-to-day branch duties
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws and regulations, and manages operational risks
