Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead our business‑to‑business sales professionals. You will champion the sale of Toshiba’s office solutions, including high‑speed copiers/printers, software for document capture, management and delivery, and digital signage.

You will develop revenue growth, guide and motivate the sales team, and build strong client relationships while contributing to annual business planning and cross‑line sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of sales and leadership experience required.
• Leadership skills: planning, goal setting, resource allocation, negotiation, team management.
• Proven success selling digital office equipment and software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual and sales team revenue and market share growth.
• Lead, motivate and counsel the sales team to meet or exceed budgeted revenue, gross profit, unit placement, expenses, and equipment contributions.
• Ensure reports support strategic account planning and performance tracking.
• Develop strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer care.
• Contribute to fiscal year business planning and measure cross‑business line sales success.
• Identify problem areas and advise executive management on potential solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
