Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Client Success Associate to support a high-volume SMB book and partner with channel partners, delivering thoughtful, timely responses to clients and driving engagement and loyalty.

You will work across product, sales, operations and analytics to advocate for clients, improve programs, and build long-term relationships while maintaining top-tier satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in account management or client services role in digital health, healthcare, benefits or SaaS companies.
• Proven renewal success and high client satisfaction ratings.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and grow client relationships; manage full lifecycle post-sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the account team managing a high-volume SMB book.
• Provide quick, thoughtful, and timely responses to inbound client questions.
• Reflect client needs internally to drive product and marketing improvements.
• Maintain high client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty metrics.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to support client success.
