Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Ridgeland, MS. The role focuses on meeting the financial needs of small business clients up to $5MM, acquiring new customers, and deepening relationships with lending, merchant services, and deposit products.

The successful candidate will have banking or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team to achieve branch goals. Overtime is possible and eligibility varies by plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years in banking, sales, or customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and complete transactions.
• Strong communicator across in-person, phone and digital channels.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch and individual targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships with small business and consumer customers.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for small business clients up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educate customers on Regions products including loans and deposits.
• Advise on digital tools like mobile and online banking for a smoother experience.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Refer customers to specialists when additional needs are identified.
• Support team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
