Regions Bank in Ridgeland, Mississippi is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer appropriate products and guidance to help achieve goals. You will focus on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM and expand relationships through checking, card, lending, and merchant services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance with a focus on small business
• Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM
• Provides a consistent customer experience and supports day-to-day branch duties
• Owns and resolves customer issues
• Refers customers to internal experts when needs are identified
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, including managing risks
