Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong in-person, phone and electronic communication.
• Frequent computer use with typing and monitor attention.
• Ability to work Saturdays when needed.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Meet branch and individual targets by identifying customer needs.
• Attend outbound calls to expand relationships with small businesses.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for small business clients up to $5MM.
• Educate customers on Regions’ products and services including loans and deposits.
• Advise on digital solutions like mobile and online banking.
• Provide consistent customer experience and process transactions as needed.
• Own and resolve customer issues; refer to experts when needed.
• Support junior bankers with SME knowledge.
